Abstract

У статті наведено тексти документів з фонду Державного архіву Сумської області, що стосується українського питання початку Х Х ст. Авторка проводить аналіз документу, розглядає події, що передували його написанню. Також у статті подано характеристику осіб, що фігурують у справі.The article contains the texts o f documents from the fund o f the State Archive o f the Sumy Region, which relate to the Ukrainian question o f the beginning o f the XXth century. The author analyzes the document, considers historical events that preceded its creation. Also, the article describes the people who appear in the case. To date, the issue o f the movement for the introduction o f the Ukrainian language in folk schools is not thoroughly developed. he characteristic o f this process is illustrated for the first time by the example o f Konotop district o f Chernihiv province.
