Роль невербальних засобів спілкування у процесі сприймання і розуміння усного мовлення

Abstract

У статті аналізується роль невербальних засобів спілкування у процесі сприймання і розуміння усного мовлення, зокрема темпу мовлення, інтонації, виразності, зорової опори, міміки й жестикуляції, пантоміміки; з’ясовується їх вплив на розуміння усних повідомлень.The role of nonverbal means of communication in the process of perception and understanding of oral speech is analyzed in the article, in particular the pace of speech, intonation, expressiveness, visual support, facial expressions and gestures, pantomime; the influence of nonverbal means of communication on the understanding of oral communication is ascertained.
