dc.description.abstractThis chapter examines modern pedagogical strategies aimed at developing life competencies in future labor education teachers through the study of specialized disciplines. As the labor market evolves, the demand for adaptable, critically-thinking educators who can apply innovative teaching methods grows increasingly urgent. The author emphasizes the integration of problem-based learning, project-based learning, situational methods, technological tools, and reflective practices as central to fostering life skills such as communication, self-regulation, and creative problem-solving. Through a comprehensive analysis of these methods, the study identifies both their pedagogical benefits and limitations, proposing a harmonized approach tailored to the needs of vocational education. The chapter offers practical recommendations for educators and curriculum developers to enhance teacher training programs and align them with contemporary educational demands.
