Особистісна позиція: суть, типологія, розвиток у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти

Abstract

Розкрито суть поняття «особистісна позиція», що кваліфікується як система ціннісних ставлень студента до себе, педагогічної діяльності та дітей дошкільного віку. Зазначено, що особистісна позиція виступає важливою складовою компетентності випускника закладу вищої освіти. Визначено критерії, показники та типи особистісної позиції студентської молоді: духовно-рефлексивний, персоналізовано-конструктивний, споживацько-прагматичний, антагоністично-деструктивний і споглядально-ухильний. Схарактеризовано особливості розвитку свідомості та поведінки представників кожного типу, визначено особливості поєднання у них виду світогляду та спрямованості активності. Запропоновано авторську модель ефективного розвитку особистісної позиції майбутніх спеціалістів дошкільної освіти, важливими компонентами якої є принципи, психолого-педагогічні умови, методи й форми роботи.

The urgency of the problem of development of personal position of future preschool education specialists is substantiated. This is a system of active in form and constructive in content attitudes of the student to himself, teaching and preschool children. The latter is evidenced by the ability to self-determination, self-organization, and acceptable forms of self-expression, creative self-realization, reflection, self-development and self-defense. Criteria for assessing the extent and nature of the personal position of student youth, which allow to characterize such manifestations of

consciousness and behavior as the balance of individual and social needs, the ability to self- determination, modern outlook on life, its place in it, culture, productivity, of the five defined types of

personal position is characterized by a different combination of worldview and direction of activity, the predominance of internal or external determinants of influence. The author's model of optimization of the process of development of the personal position of student youth actualizes the problem of self-actualization, determines the vectors and tools of its solution. The developed structural and functional model is aimed at creating a creative environment in the institution of higher education, ensuring the balance of basic and new information, the formation of students' conscious attitude to life, the chosen profession, to themselves and preschoolers.
