Принципи формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх учителів біології у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню принципів формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх учителів біології в процесі фахової підготовки. Зазначено, що в умовах модернізації системи професійної освіти виникають нові завдання для забезпечення якості підготовки майбутніх педагогів. Із цих позицій гостро відчувається потреба у взаємовідповідності якості послуг, що надає професійний заклад вищої освіти і підготовки конкурентоздатних фахівців, які відповідають вимогам роботодавців та аспектам управління якістю в освітньому просторі, а фахова підготовка майбутніх учителів біології в сучасних умовах вбачається нам як складна система, що знаходиться у постійному розвитку і включає освітню, виховну, розвивальну та інші функції. Вказано, що принципи є орієнтиром щодо практичного конструювання освітнього процесу, а також під принципами формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх учителів біології розуміємо загальні вихідні положення, що окреслюють стратегічні шляхи, тактику здійснення процесу фахової підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти у межах формування досліджуваної здатності. Виділено загальнодидактичні (науковості змісту і методів навчання, доступності, систематичності та послідовності навчання, наочності, зв’язку навчання з практикою тощо) та специфічні (інноваційності, контекстності діяльності, особистісної щорієнтованості, цифровізації, взаємозумовленості освіти і творчого розвитку особистості, інтеграції та ін.) принципи у процесі формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх учителів біології. Зазначено, що комплекс загальнодидактичних і специфічних принципів формування інноваційної компетентності використовується у процесі фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів біології як взаємозв’язані, взаємодоповнюючі елементи відповідної педагогічної системи. Подальші розвідки наукового пошуку орієнтуємо на обґрунтування педагогічних умов, що дозволять розробити науково-методичний інструментарій формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх учителів біології у процесі фахової підготовки з опертям на педагогічні принципи. The article is devoted to the substantiation of the principles of the formation of innovative competence of future biology teachers in the process of professional training. It is noted that in the conditions of modernization of the system of professional education, new tasks arise to ensure the quality of training of future teachers. From these positions, there is a strong need for the reciprocity of the quality of services provided by a professional institution of higher education and the training of competitive specialists who meet the requirements of employers and aspects of quality management in the educational space, and the professional training of future biology teachers in modern conditions is seen by us as a complex system that is in constant development and includes educational, educational, developmental and other functions. It is highlighted that the principles are a reference point that determine the practical design of the educational process, and also by the principles of the formation of innovative competence of future biology teachers we understand the general starting points that outline strategic paths, the tactics of the process of professional training of higher education seekers within the limits of the formation of the researched ability General didactic (scientific content and methods of teaching, accessibility, systematicity and sequence of teaching, visibility, connection of teaching with practice, etc.) and specific (innovativeness, contextuality, digitalization, interdependence of education and creative personality development, integration, etc.) principles in the process are highlighted formation of innovative competence of future biology teachers. It is noted that a complex of general didactic and specific principles of innovative competence formation is used in the process of professional training of future biology teachers as interconnected, mutually complementary elements of the corresponding pedagogical system. Further explorations of the scientific search are focused on the substantiation of pedagogical conditions that will allow us to develop a scientific and methodological toolkit for the formation of innovative competence of future biology teachers in the process of professional training based on pedagogical principles.
