It discusses the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in creating interactive and adaptive educational environments, with special attention given to conditions of emergency remote teaching caused by pandemics and military conflicts. Emphasis is placed on the methodological system of distance learning, including instructional models, pedagogical strategies, and the use of dynamic visualization tools such as GeoGebra, GRAN, SketchUp, and CleverMaths. The chapter also analyzes the benefits and challenges of integrating digital applications into the learning process and presents a didactic constructor for organizing remote mathematics instruction. Overall, it highlights how digital technologies can foster student engagement, logical thinking, independent learning, and enhanced mathematical competencies.
